This Place: A Prologue

Introducing a new podcast - about the places that become part of us.

Hello friends.

It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes, venturing out-and-about to talk to brilliant people in their special places. I’ve loved every bit of it, and can’t wait to start sharing these conversations with you.

But let’s rewind the clock a little: to a chilly Sunday morning in late spring. The daffodils are giving way to bluebells, and we’re heading down to the river - to walk along the banks of the Ouse, and hear about how this podcast came about.

Episode One of This Place, with the wonderful writer and broadcaster Jon Gower, will be landing very soon in all your usual listening apps. If you’re not already subscribed to Dwell, you can sign up below, and have episodes delivered (with a little note from me) straight to your inbox.

Happy listening - and let me know what you think in the comments!
